KonTerra selected to conduct the UNICEF Formative Evaluation of Key Areas of Pre-School Education Policy in Serbia

A KonTerra team lead by Zehra Kacapor- Dzihic and experts Blerta Perolli and Jasna Zarkovic will assess the extent to which the national pre-school reform initiatives supported by UNICEF between 2012 and 2022 have yielded the expected results in terms of strengthening the capacity of local governments to plan and manage pre-school education and increase quality and equity approaches.
