Behavioral Change Communications Specialist

Tracey Reavis serves as the Communications Specialist for the USAID Staff Care Program for The KonTerra Group. Tracey specializes in creating and delivering marketing and outreach materials that educate USAID employees and family members about the Staff Care Center, Staff Care Service Center and how to access the program services.

Tracey entered the world of humanitarian service after more than 20 years working in communications with nonprofits, for profits and media companies. She previously worked as a Publications Specialist for Communities In Schools, and as the Director of Communications for the West Hollywood Sports Festival. She joined USAID in 2016 as a Communications Specialist with the Office of Human Capital and Management, then joined KonTerra in 2020.

Tracey has a degree in Media Studies from Fordham University in New York—Go Rams! Originally from Brooklyn, she has called Los Angeles, London, Barcelona and now Alexandria, Virginia home. Tracey is an avid sports fan who always knows who won the game last night! She also published her first book, The Life and Career of David Beckham, in 2014.
