Work Life Coordinator
Katherine Garcia serves as a Work-Life Coordinator for the USAID StaffCare program, for The KonTerra Group.
As a Health Promotion Manager with more than 10 year’s experience in military, health care, and social services and now in the federal government sector.
Katherine’s interest in StaffCare has spurred from working with at-risk populations, families facing crisis in housing, economic, childcare, and healthcare needs and is interested to motivate and encourage the workforce using my communication skills to assist and direct employees.
Katherine earned her Master’s of Arts (MA) in Health Promotion Management, from Marymount University. She lives in Alexandria, VA with her daughter and enjoys local community outdoor events.
