SCR Case Coordinator

Cornelia Redding is a Staff and Resilience Case Coordinator at KonTerra Group.

Cornelia has over 15 years of combined experience in behavioral health management, case coordination, and human services. More specifically, she worked as a Management Consultant for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and assisted with multiple projects that addressed co-occurring mental and physical health needs of individuals during pandemics and natural disasters. She has also volunteered over the years with several NGOs. Cornelia has specific expertise in integrated behavioral health management, motivational interviewing, and continuous improvement processes.

Cornelia holds a master’s degree in human services counseling from Liberty University. She also has a master’s degree in public health from Mercer University. More recently she received a graduate certificate in Applied Prevention Science from Arizona State University.

Cornelia enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, volunteering, watching a good movie, and spending time with family. She is currently based in the US with her family.
