About the KIRB®
The KonTerra Inventory of Resilience Builders® (KIRB®) is a research-informed resilience assessment that examines behaviors and experiences across ten key areas shown to support wellbeing and sustained functioning under stress.
The 90-item KIRB® helps individuals understand current stress levels, coping patterns, resilience strengths, and areas for growth. It is designed specifically for people working in high-stress or demanding roles and uses clear, accessible language relevant across cultures and contexts.

The KIRB® Course, Resilience Essentials for Everyday Life, is a self-paced online learning experience that combines the KIRB® assessment with a series of short, practical video lessons.
Participants complete the KIRB®, receive a personal KIRB® Assessment Report, and then move through the Resilience Essentials course to:

Individual KIRB® results are confidential. Each participant receives their own personal KIRB® Assessment Report.
KonTerra does not share individual results or KIRB® Assessment Reports with organizations, managers, or supervisors.
