Use these resources for staff support

Here at The KonTerra Group, we are working to help create a world where organizations and their people have what they need to flourish while addressing the world’s most complex problems. One of the ways we do this is by providing tools and resources to help people understand and cope with stress and trauma.

Please feel free to use this email to help support your colleagues or team. Here are five ways you could do that:

  1. Pick a relevant resource and use it to reflect on your own stress levels and coping strategies. Make notes, we remember things much better (and we follow through more) when we write things down.
  2. Download a PDF copy of one of these resources and send it to a colleague with a short note to let them know you’re thinking of them.
  3. Print out a copy of Common Stress Reactions and Effective Self Care and/or What Is Counseling and leave it in your staff room/shared common space.
  4. Print a copy of the image in the Stress and How We Function article and tape it to a toilet door.
  5. Use a relevant resource to facilitate a team discussion on their related experiences and ideas for coping of self-care.
