Katalin Forgacs serves as the Operations Assistant at The KonTerra Group. With over 15 years of experience as an executive and administrative assistant, she has gained a wealth of knowledge from various industries and cultural environments.
Her passion for helping others behind the scenes began during her time as an Executive Assistant at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Budapest, where she developed strong communication and interpersonal skills while navigating different cultural contexts. Prior to joining The KonTerra Group, she worked as a Team Assistant at Home and Community Care Support Services Champlain in Canada, providing structural support to healthcare workers, service providers, and community organizations. In her previous role as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the National Innovation Office in Hungary, she supported the expansion of the country’s start-up ecosystem through marketing pursuits. These experiences have equipped her with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in her current role.
Katalin holds a BSc in Marketing from Corvinus University of Budapest and in Tourism and Hotel Industry from Budapest Business School. She has lived in four countries, including Hungary, Israel, Canada, and the United States, where she is currently based in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and cooking, reading historical fiction, and running as a hobby. She is a proud mom of Lili and Daniel.
