Today’s leaders are navigating more than goals and deliverables — they’re carrying the weight of re-orgs, shrinking teams, stalled initiatives, and a workforce stretched by stress and uncertainty.
Many leaders are finding that traditional leadership playbooks no longer apply.
This workshop offers something different: a collaborative space to think, learn, and problem-solve alongside peers who understand the pressure and unique operations of the humanitarian, development, and non-profit sectors.
You’ll work with KonTerra’s senior organizational development advisors to explore practical frameworks and engage in candid conversations about what’s actually happening inside organizations right now — and what it takes to move forward with steadiness, clarity, and confidence.
