Our Evaluation of asset creation and livelihood activities in Sierra Leone has received the WFP 2025 Evaluation Excellence Award for Gender Responsive Evaluation from the Office of Evaluation!
The use of participatory approaches to integrate gender, youth and disability perspectives while examining both progress and persistent barriers motivated this choice. Congratulations to Sithabiso Gandure who led the evaluation with the support of Jane Burke, Mohamed B. Moigua and Mahawa Kondeh.
