Many of us are carrying a deep and palpable sense of helplessness — helplessness in how to respond to how USAID has been treated, and in how we ourselves are being treated. These feelings can weigh heavily on our ability to move forward and take meaningful action toward a better today, even a better future.

This session offers space to name and explore that collective sense of loss and woundedness. Through the lens of “What happened? Why does it matter? And now what?”, we’ll examine the emotional impact of these experiences and introduce practices that help us act even in the midst of overwhelm. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of agency.
