Mental Health Clinician

Tabitha Mann serves as the Clinical Team Lead for Konterra Group’s USAID Staff Care Team. Tabitha specializes in couples therapy, fertility, stress, trauma, resilience and humanitarian and development work.

Tabitha’s interest in intercultural development and social work grew from her time living and studying in Mexico and Colombia. She has also worked in a Guatemalan orphanage, which deepened her commitment to international social work. Tabitha has dedicated her career to serving immigrants and refugees through the Center for Multicultural Human Services Program for Severe Trauma and Torture, The US Peace Corps, and most recently, with the US Agency for International Development through Konterra’s Staff Care services.

Tabitha has a BA in Communication and Spanish from Howard University, a Masters in International Development from American University, and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds clinical licenses in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling, specializing in Imago Relationship Therapy from Daybreak University.
