*NEW!* Processing the Impact: Discussion Group FSNs Tuesday, July 8 9:00 - 10:30am eastern
As USAID is being dismantled, we recognize the unique impact this has on our dedicated Foreign Service National colleagues around the globe. Your unwavering commitment and vital contributions to the partnership between your country and the United States, sometimes made at personal risk, are deeply valued. This 90-minute discussion group is for you – a dedicated time to connect with other FSNs. This is an opportunity to feel seen, to openly process the emotions that have arisen from the dismantling of USAID, and to offer and receive support from peers who understand the specific circumstances you’ve faced. Come together with peers in a confidential space to feel heard, validated, and empowered as you move forward.
This discussion group is open to all current and former USAID Foreign Service Nationals. It is offered by The KonTerra Group under the auspices of the Aid Transition Alliance and is not affiliated with USAID.
Please note that this session is limited to 30 participants, to foster a sense of safety and openness among participants. If we reach capacity, you will be added to a waitlist and you will receive updates as space opens.
If you have questions, please email implementation@konterragroup.net. These sessions are offered through the auspices of Aid Transition Alliance and are open to all current and former USAID employees, regardless of hiring mechanism.
What is the Aid Transition Alliance? Senior women leaders came together in February 2025 to establish an emergency project to support all USAID staff. The project focuses on communication campaigns around the value of humanitarian and development assistance, crisis interventions for mental health and wellness, career transition support, and capturing decades of international development knowledge and expertise. With the support and fiscal sponsorship of Forward Global Philanthropy, the Aid Transition Alliance (ATA) project launched in April 2025.
